Prioritize indications and subtypes based on molecular signals

Challenge

Fundamentally new drug against target with multiple effects. MoA is not fully understood. Strategy needed to optimize design of Phase Ib/II based on patient profiling.

Solution

• All analysis was performed on blood samples to enable future non-invasive assay development.

• Identification of pathways involved in drug MoA using proprietary biological modeling based on a blood sample.

• Based on presumed MOA, BostonGene will develop a novel, predictive pharmacodynamic marker in blood.
