Position Summary

BostonGene is seeking a Research Partnership Manager to join our growing company.  The Research Partnership Manager is responsible for the coordination of our research teams and projects, establishing relationships within the team and our collaborators.

Responsibilities

  • Participation in the research and projects aiming to integrate DNA/RNA sequencing, multiplex immunofluorescent imaging (MxIF), histology, methylation and multiparametric flow cytometry analysis into the daily clinical practice and biomarkers discovery
  • Coordination of BostonGene’s research collaborations with medical centers including, but not limited to:
  • ○ Preparation and presentation of reports
  • ○ Data collecting and processing
  • ○ Monitoring project deadlines and milestones
  • Coordination of the project team (biologists, bioinformaticians, designers, developers)
  • Ongoing participation in Molecular Tumor Boards
  • Scientific support for the development of new company tools and products
  • ○ Discussion of user requirements
  • Work directly with BostonGene’s clients
  • Follow scientific discoveries in relevant fields and monitor BostonGene’s competitors

Qualifications

  • Proven and detailed experience in science and analytics
  • Desire to work in a fast pace biotechnology company, creating unique solutions to support cancer research
  • Ability to work on a highly driven team
  • Able to think outside of the box, showcasing one’s creativity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PhD in Biological sciences or related field
