Help BostonGene Beat Cancer

• To equip doctors with comprehensive information to select the best therapy for each patient by linking the outcomes of patients treated for cancer with genetic information from the tumor.
• To accelerate the discovery of personalized treatment options for cancer patients.
• To serve as a resource for researchers who are currently working across the globe on discovering a cure for all cancers.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have been diagnosed with cancer
• Have a planned tumor biopsy; or have genomic and/or molecular data available from prior sequencing, such as the BostonGene Tumor Portrait™ Test

1. A BostonGene representative will explain the study and answer any questions.
2. You will be asked to review and sign an informed consent form about the study.
3. You are enrolled!
4. A BostonGene representative will collect clinical and genetic information from your tumor biopsy that was already, or is planned to be, obtained by your doctor. The BIGR Study staff will also reach out to you or your doctor with follow-up questions about your initial diagnosis, treatment, and outcome.
5. No additional testing, scans or procedures will be required as a part of the study. Your information will be de-identified (this means that your name and all personal information will be removed from all data) and securely stored in a password-protected database.¹
