BostonGene IHC assays

PD-L1 (Dako® PD-L1 IHC 22C3 pharmDx)
PD-L1 testing is recommended for selecting patients for Keytruda (pembrolizumab) and Libtayo (cemiplimab-rwlc) treatment. BostonGene provides the primary scoring systems for PD-L1 assessment, including the tumor proportion score (TPS) and the combined positive score (CPS).
MMR MLH1, PMS2, MSH2, MSH6
Mismatch repair (MMR) testing for the four key MMR proteins (MLH1, PMS2, MSH2, and MSH6) is recommended for patients with solid tumors being considered for immunotherapy. This testing helps inform and guide treatment decisions.

Positively charged and unbaked at 4 μm thick.
PD-L1: 1 slide MMR: 4 slides
If the FFPE block has already been submitted for the Tumor Portrait test, no additional specimen is required.
